Services

TradesBilling provides invoicing, payment tracking, reminder notices, and accounts receivable support. We do not provide bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll, legal advice, debt collection, or accounting services.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate customer information, job details, invoice amounts, and payment instructions. You remain responsible for the work performed and for your customer relationships.

Payments

Customers pay you directly using your preferred payment methods. TradesBilling does not receive or hold customer funds.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy and timely service, TradesBilling is not responsible for payment disputes, customer non-payment, or indirect damages arising from the use of our services.
